Most items have a minimum quantity, and it varies by product. There's no minimum dollar amount, so tell us how many you need and we'll show you items that fit.
Start with how many people you want to reach, such as event attendees, employees or clients, and plan a few extras. Many orders mix several items: one of our larger trade show orders ran about 1,500 pieces split across four or five products.
Most promotional items take 2 to 3 weeks to produce after you approve the artwork, plus a few days in transit. Order at least one month before your event so there's time for artwork and proofing.
Yes. Certain promotional items can be turned around in about 2 days after artwork approval, and rush charges vary by item. Tell us your deadline and we'll tell you what can make it.
A vector EPS, a high-resolution PDF, or a high-resolution JPEG at 300 DPI or more works best. If you only have a small or blurry logo, our graphic designer will clean it up or recreate it as vector art at no extra charge.
Yes. We send a proof for your approval before every order, and nothing goes into production until you approve it. Physical or pre-production samples are also available; the cost varies by item.
Tell us what you need and we'll send product options and a quote, often in about an hour. After you approve the quote, our designer sends a proof, and once you approve it we place the order with the manufacturer.
